Frenchis Company, a growing AC contracting business in Hollywood, is looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Bookkeeper / Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who can manage numbers, stay organized, and keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Handle daily bookkeeping tasks (QuickBooks, invoicing, payments, receipts, reconciliations)
Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly customer service
Assist with scheduling jobs and coordinating technician calendars
Help open, track, and close permits with local municipalities
Maintain organized digital and physical files
Support management with general office tasks as needed

Requirements

Experience with bookkeeping and basic accounting
Strong communication and customer‑service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced contracting environment
Familiarity with AC or construction industry is a plus
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Schedule & Compensation

Full‑time position (Monday–Friday)
Competitive pay based on experience
Stable, long‑term opportunity with room to grow
